Experience with Medical Legal Cases


At Martel + Mitchell Physiotherapy we have over 20 years of experience with medical legal cases serving as expert witnesses, third party assessors and providing treatment to catastrophically injured clients. We have completed over 1,000 Functional Capacity Evaluations and Independent Assessments since 1995. In fact, our facility was custom designed to best provide these services.



Modern Facility and Equipment


We understand that clients with spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, or complex severe trauma require an experienced interdisciplinary team and accessible facilities. From hospital discharge to return to work, we

provide experienced occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and psychotherapy services in-home or in clinic.
