We are looking for a Registered Kinesiologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and ready to work with an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Experience is an asset, although it is not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply and learn from our senior Kinesiologists.

We are looking for capable physiotherapy assistants to support our therapists. If you are a compassionate team player who is self motivated, then we encourage you to consider this opportunity to join the leader in rehabilitation in Northeastern Ontario. A PTA/OTA diploma or Bachelor in Kinesiology is preferred but not required. Relevant experience or an uncommon level of enthusiasm will be considered.

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills and be available at least 16 hours per week. Up to 40 hours per week may be available. Immediate start date is preferred.

We are currently seeking a part-time Patient Experience Coordinator for our

busy, fast paced rehabilitation clinic in North Bay. Reporting to the Patient

Experience Manager, the successful candidate will assist our clients over the

phone and in person and must be able to prioritize and multitask.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role in North Bay, ON. The PEC will be responsible

for providing administrative support to clinicians and clinic operations,

handling phone calls with professionalism, scheduling client services and

accepting payments, communication with team members, communication

with insurers, and assisting managers with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

A diploma in office administration or an undergraduate degree is preferred but not necessary.
