Occupational Therapist

Duration: Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent

Location: North Bay Clinic

Salary: $42/hr base, up to $85+/hr with bonus

We are currently seeking the best and brightest OTs to join our interdisciplinary team in North Bay. If you enjoy the pace and rewards of the private sector and appreciate a balance of autonomy and support then you have found an environment where you will flourish



Providing functional recovery support, the OT will work with MDs, PTs, Kins, and RPs to assess and treat clients in our WSIB, Veteran's Affairs, and long-term disability programs. We will provide support and mentorship, and you bring professionalism and a growth mindset. Patient Experience Coordinator

Duration: Full time

Location: North Bay Clinic

Rate: $20 to $23/hour

We are currently seeking a part-time Patient Experience Coordinator for our busy, fast paced rehabilitation clinic in North Bay. Reporting to the Patient Experience Manager, the successful candidate will assist our clients over the phone and in person and must be able to prioritize and multitask.


This is a part-time, on-site role in North Bay, ON. The PEC will be responsible for providing administrative support to clinicians and clinic operations, handling phone calls with professionalism, scheduling client services and accepting payments, communication with team members, communication with insurers, and assisting managers with administrative tasks.


Qualifications

A diploma in office administration or an undergraduate degree is preferred but not necessary.

Registered Physiotherapist


Duration: Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent

Location: ProActive Rehab in Huntsville

Rate: $40/hr base, up to $85+/hr with bonus

Psychotherapist


Duration: Part-time

Location: North Bay Clinic and ProActive Rehab in Huntsville

Rate: Commission



We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our growing interdisciplinary team in North Bay and Hunstville, Ontario. The RP will work with clients presenting with complex physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes Physicians, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Kinesiologists to promote safety, recovery, and overall quality of life.


CRPO‑registered or eligible for registration therapists with a relevant degree in Psychology, Counselling, Psychotherapy, Social Work, or a related field, strong client‑centered clinical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Recent graduates welcome with mentorship provided.
